Van Meegen Group of Companies provides management oversight as well as legal, financial and human resource guidance and support to its subsidiaries.

The core business of Van Meegen Group of Companies is inland shipping services, currently focusing on two operating areas – River Cruises and Intermodal Transport. In addition, there are Group Functions which provide strategic support and advice to the operating divisions, and comprise areas such as: Secretariat, Administration & Finance, Human Recources, Legal, Risk & Audit (external).
